If you will be scheduling an appointment during the months of January - April, please be aware that appointments fill up quickly, so be sure to contact us as soon as possible to reserve your spot. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.


IMPORTANT: Please come prepared to your appointment. The following documents are REQUIRED for your appointment:


- All clients are REQUIRED to read and sign the Engagement Letter PRIOR to the completion of the tax return (Engagement Letter 2017).
- All clients MUST fill out the portion of the organizer that includes your name, occupation, phone numbers, address, and e-mail address, at a minimum. Completion of the entire organizer and checklist is appreciated and highly recommended. It is important that this organizer is signed and is in the files for future reference (Tax Organizer 2017)
- All clients MUST answer the questions on the questionnaire and sign (Tax Questionnaire 2017 ).

Parking: Currently, visitors are able to park in any unmarked parking space, or in a space marked "Visitor" (green curb) near the front entrance of the building.

NOTE: For security purposes, the lobby doors and elevators will be locked at 6:00 PM on weekdays and at 1:00 PM on Saturdays. Clients arriving for appointments after these times should be prepared to call the office upon arrival, and someone will assist you. If you will not have access to a cell phone upon arrival, please call the office in advance to make arrangements for access into the building. Our office number is (714) 526-2668.
